A) Tabata training was discovered by Japanese scientist Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo.

The Tabata workout lasts only 4 minutes, but is one of the longest 4 minutes youll encounter.

The structure of the program is:
- EXERCISE : Workout hard for 20 seconds
- REST : Rest for 10 seconds
+ Complete 8 rounds

Youll work hard for 20 seconds, taking a 10-second rest in between each move.
Squart, Push-up, Plank, Lunge, Chin-up, what ever you do know.
